- NOVEMBER 10, 2009 - Hello, Fire Eternal speaking, on that very rare occasion. Some of you may have noticed, but a new board is up and the Clan leader auditions have poofed. I found it fairly inconvenient, seeing as leader position can be challenged for anyway. SO, for Silver Clan, someone may just post a claiming thread with their character at 400+ words, with CLAIMING somewhere in the title. We will then read it and decide if you are able to lead the Clan, and will reply OOCly saying that you may lead. For Bronze Clan, the leader will be chosen by Acentrix's discretion in due time.
- NOVEMBER 08, 2009 - Hello everyone! The rules have been updated! Now you must have a neat list of all your characters somewhere in your signature. This is for us to help keep track of who's playing who without messing up the member count and making you have different accounts for each character. Thankyou all for being so active even though it's just opened, and we hope you all are having fun! Keep up the activity and keep up the love. xD
PLOT
Endless downpour and murky skies have suddenly given way to dry sun, warm thermals, and heat. Summer has finally rolled in, maybe a little too quickly for some. Plant life has been shocked by the sudden dramatic change in weather, causing it the to wither and die or causing stunted growth. Less plants means less food for equines and other prey sources, meaning famine for the griffla. Quarrels over food have become increasingly common, and Clans have even begun to steal food from other Clans' territories. If this continues for much longer, a war will break out, over something that is supposed to come naturally!

Gold Clan's terrain is mountainous and rugged, containing large amounts of valuable gold. The soil is infertile and grainy, made up mostly of sand and rock bits, allowing few plants to thrive there. Fertile valleys, however, dot the landscape, where abundant foliage and quarry species dwell.
At the base of the Gold Rim Mountains is a flatland of rocks. The soil here is very poor, and the only plants around are old, dead, twisted trees. Owls like this setting, and are normally found perching in the ominous branches of the trees. From large jagged boulders, to tiny pebbles can be found in this rockland, and gold is willingly found in the land.
Silver Clan's terrain is lush forestry, pine and fir in the north, and deciduous in the south. A thick haze hangs over the forest, glittering silver in sun and moon. Prey is abundant everywhere, along with vegetation food-stuff. The soil is fertile, and many trees here are centuries old, out living even the oldest griffla.
Silver Clan's territory is high up, though still lower that the mountains, so that it is overlooking the vast plains of Bronze Clan territory. The part of forest where the pine and deciduous merge leads out to an overhanging that looks out over the bronze and copper sea of Bronze Clan. At night the stars are visible here, and the Mender normally comes here to stargaze. Outriders like this spot as well, since they can see any Bronze Clan griffla heading toward the border.
Bronze Clan in general is dry and rolling, warm plains that stretch far. The grass shines with bronze and copper hues, long and flattering. They blow in the wind, like a sea of bronze. The prey here is sustainable, at times more plentiful than others, other times it is scarcer. The soil is semi-fertile, since only smaller plants can survive in the dry air, as well as the occasional tree dotting the landscape.
From the rolling hills and flat plains of Bronze Hill Plains, the vast dry sea of grass drops suddenly into a cliff that ends with sharp rocks that jut up from the ocean. There is no soil, and a few tropical trees line the coastline at the bottom. It is a high and dangerous drop, almost impossible to survive.
This is the first in a series of three isles off the East coast of Rensun. It is further north than the rest of these three island.
Bitter North Island is a land of harsh climates, the coast being empty and cold. The ocean rolls up on the waves rather roughly, and there are many rocks making the shores perilous. Hunters and madmen like to hide here, waiting for unsuspecting griffla to pass by. Further inland a forest of pines grow, continuously covered in blankets of snow. All is still here, as no wind buffets the green branches. Those who train in endurance come here often.
This is the second island in a series of three. It is is below the Bitter North Island, though slightly above Thunderous East Island.
This island is mainly a large volcanic mountain, being rusty red in color. The terrain is scorched with a hot wind, heating up the already hot terrain. Toward the mouth of the volcano is gets hotter, being at it's worst right by the mouth. Very little grows here, since the heat is too much. Down by the "coast", or the base of the volcano, pools of water gather in ditches, creating luxurious hotsprings. Griffla come here to relax on the heat, especially in the cold grip of winter.
This is the third island in the series of three. It is below Sweltering West Island, and the last one. The three form a perfect triangle.
This island is a vast, rolling plain, with green grass covering the dirt. A pleasant breeze always blows here, bringing the smell of sea air with it. Equines love this area, dotted with apple trees, so it is a popular place for hunters. However, thunderstorms here are frequent and harsh, sometimes stirring tornadoes.
MAIN CHAT You can talk about anything here. Contests, Adam Lambert, books, anything! Just keep it appropriate for any younger guests who wander along please.

The unusual pattern of rain has seemed to cease, and now is replaced by warm to hot, sunny days. Down by wide openings of water it is very windy, but closer to the homes of the griffins, there is only a slight breeze, cooling off the griffin as it flies through the air.
